1. FIND A PURPOSE
Discover your passion in life. Having a purpose is a great way to feel energised, inspired and driven. If it was your last day on earth would you be happy with the way your life has turned out?
2. DISTANCE YOURSELF
A busy mind can clog your judgement, leading to stress and anxiety. A little distance can make everything seem simple and get your creative juices flowing again. Meditate, take a holiday, go for a walk, whatever helps you to create that distance.
3. TAKE UP A NEW HOBBY
A new hobby is a great way to keep you motivated. Take a little time out of your busy schedule to find something you love doing. Finding something active that gets you outdoors is perfect for your health and well-being and prevents you from overindulging on less healthier habits.
4. DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF
With the boom in social media, filters and selfies it’s hard to tell what is real. Don’t compare yourself to that person who is always at the gym, eating healthy with a six pack. You don’t always get to see what sacrifices they made to get there. No one really knows what goes on behind closed doors. Keep it real, you are your only competition.
5. LOVE YOURSELF
Focus on what you love about yourself, learn to love yourself as you are. Become your own best friend and enjoy your own company. You will become less dependent on others and in greater control of your happiness. You have so many beautiful qualities. Confidence makes you shine and everyone around you will be drawn to you.
6. ENJOY EATING WELL
Being healthy does not mean cutting carbs, sugar, alcohol and only eating salads. Everything in moderation is fine. Eating fresh healthy foods tastes much better and can be quick and simple to prepare. If weight loss is your goal it could be as simple as reducing your portion size. Focus on what you eat and not on the scales and don’t yo-yo diet. Be patient, chasing a quick fix will only lead to binge eating later on.
7. SPEND TIME WITH LOVED ONES
Spend time with the people that make you happy. Keep people that drain your positive energy to a minimum and focus on those who love and support you.
8. TAKE A BREAK
Taking a break is the best way to re-charge. Will missing that gym session or not answering your mountain of e-mails really impact your life? Separate what must be done with what should be done. Sometimes a break can make you much more productive, creative and will work out better in the long run.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
Measure yourself using a fabric or plastic tape measure (not metal). Circle around the area against bare skin, with the tape measure not too tight or too loose.
Bust/Chest - at widest point
Under Bust - just under bust around rib cage
Waist - at smallest point
Hips - at widest point
Leg Length - inside leg crotch to ankle
Body Length - side of neck to crotch
SQUAT PROOF to ensure your outfit is squat proof, please order the correct hip measurement.
FIT TEST Your outfit should feel secure, offering support with no pinching. If your outfit slides around, pinches or appears see-through then you probably need a different size. Please see our EXCHANGE POLICY
